67. The contribution fund of the members of the pension plan referred to in the first paragraph of section 65 is established at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. The employers’ contributory fund is also established at the Caisse.

67. Contributions under the pension plan referred to in the first paragraph of section 65 shall be paid into the consolidated revenue fund and the amounts paid to the beneficiaries under the plan shall be taken out of the consolidated revenue fund. The administration expenses of the plan shall be paid in accordance with section 158.5 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10).
A benefit or reimbursement payable pursuant to the pension plan is untransferable and unseizable.
